Coaches have long been recognized for their influence in the lives of young athletes; the ultimate purpose of our Coaches Time Out Conference is to equip and encourage coaches so they can use that influence to demonstrate and teach Christ-like character and values. Through leadership, motivation and example, coaches instill commitment, discipline, sportsmanship, and other personal values that are important components of successful adult character. Coaches Time Out conferences provide practical tools and a 'game plan' for coaches to use in cultivating an environment that promotes positive character building opportunities.

Our objective and desire is to equip coaches to be positive role-models and mentors for young people, instill positive core values, and ultimately affect and inspire their lives for Jesus Christ. The impact of the conference on an individual coach and his/her family is life changing as they integrate what they learn and experience into their personal and professional life.
