| Pro Athletes Outreach, a non profit organization dedicated to mentoring men and women in professional sports and their families, has instituted the John R. Wooden Coaches Wall of Honor. This is a tangible, visible way for each of us, whether we played in little league or had the privilege to reach the professional level, to honor our special coaches.
 We give you two possible ways to honor your coach. One is a nomination process and the other is a donation process. Details of both processes below:
Nomination: To nominate a coach fill out the contact page and send us a 200 word description of your coach. This two hundred words should express not just the awards or wins and losses but how your coach changed your life or the lives around him/her. All nominated coaches will be seriously considered by the Coaches Wall of Honor selection committee. If your coach is selected his/her name will go on the Coaches Wall of Honor and will be honored at the annual Coaches Wall of Honor banquet.
Donate: If you want to personally honor your coach simply call Jim at our office (425-392-6300). With your minimum donation of two-hundred dollars we will send your coach a beautiful 8 x10 John R. Wooden Coaches Wall of Honor commemorative displaying your individual coach's name as well as a paragraph written by you detailing your defining moment and your thanks. Please also fill out the contact page and send us your personal message you would like to have written on the commemorative.
In addition, your coach's name will also be placed on this website along with other men and women who have participated in coaching youth, high school, college and professional sports, and have made a difference in the lives of their athletes.
Coaches Time Out: Your donation to the John R. Wooden Coaches Wall of Honor on behalf of your designated coach will benefit Coaches Time Out. It will help us encourage, support and train coaches to impact the lives around them.
